The knurling machine is the special equipment manufacturing thermal bridging profiles. It is used to knurl on the notch of pvc profile and aluminum profiles to improve the horizontal shearing stress of the profile.
 
Adjust the cutter into the notch, and draw the profile by rotating the cutter, and make teeth on the inner cavity of the profile.

The machine is the special equipment for manufacturing thermal bridging profile. With three groups of carbine hobbing wheel, it is used to press and fasten the profile with thermal bridging strips.
 
Adjust the hobbing cutter into the notch of profiles and draw the profile by rotating the cutter, and thus press and fasten the two sides of the profile

Profiles with teeth→Strip insertion.The Strip inserting machine adopts special gear four-drive, inserting tow thermal barrier strips accurately in slot of aluminum profiles through guiding slots.With adjustable inserting speed, it is easy and flexible in operation, greatly increasing production efficiency.
 
The strips will not be worn during insertion, and each finished bridge-cut-off thermal barrier profiles feature consistent shearing force at the head, middle and end.

Wood paper is divided into strips, the size of this is the area which aluminum profiles needed. The surface of aluminum profiles is packaged by wood paper simply, then putting the aluminum profiles into bag film, the head of bag film is tied and the other head is connected with vacuum tap, then pumping vacuum which makes wood paper is closed to the surface of profiles, then enteri ng into furnace , heated、 transferred 、solidified afterwards, it will exit automatically at the suitable time. you will see clear simulation wood grain after removing waste paper
