1 KCJ-01 The knurling machine
One Main usage and characteristics:
The knurling machine is the special equipment manufacturing thermal bridging profiles. It is used to knurl on the notch of pvc profile and aluminum profiles to improve the horizontal shearing stress of the profile.
Two Working principal:
Adjust the cutter into the notch, and draw the profile by rotating the cutter, and make teeth on the inner cavity of the profile.

2 GYJ-01 Rolling Compound Machine (three groups)
ONE Main usage and using range
The machine is the special equipment for manufacturing thermal bridging profile. With three groups of carbine hobbing wheel, it is used to press and fasten the profile with thermal bridging strips.
TWO Working principle
Adjust the hobbing cutter into the notch of profiles and draw the profile by rotating the cutter, and thus press and fasten the two sides of the profile
